Payment Policy (Credit Card on File)

To secure your booking, we require a valid credit card to be held on file.

In accordance with our booking policy, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the applicable cancellation fee to the card provided.

This policy ensures we can manage appointment availability fairly for all clients and maintain our scheduled treatment times.

Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client on our waitlist.

Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, will result in your credit card on file being charged 50% of treatment cost.

As we operate with a high demand and a waiting list for appointments, no exceptions can be made.

If you are unwell and unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone else in your place where appropriate.

Running Late

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted or shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Please note that the full treatment fee will still apply, as your appointment time and therapist have been reserved specifically for you.
